Project: Create a 15-Module Online Course
I managed the full lifecycle of an online course from concept-to-launch including the research, content production, marketing strategy, and launch logistics- Connected with CEO, COO and team experts to align the vision with the process
- Fostered cross-team collaboration to create the 15 modules' videos, quizzes, practice opportunities, guidebook, resource book, and a final exam
- Created opportunities for unpacking roadblocks and refining ideas with clarity
- Applied Agile methodology to maintain flexibility, make any challenge manageable, and keep the project on track
- Led meetings and tracked milestones, task dependencies, and workflows

Project: Design & Produce Marketing Content
I created content and managed campaigns to establish brand authority and drive audience engagement- Worked closely with the client to co-develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with their evolving goals
- Designed branding elements in an iterative, feedback-driven process, incorporating the client’s vision into logo design and visual identity
- Encouraged a work-life balance by structuring manageable and realistic steps
- Empowered the team with an effective and efficient structured workflow for Lead Magnets, YouTube videos, Mailchimp email campaigns, and visuals and copy for Social Media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Results: Established branded and optimized marketing content
Project: Build a Healing-Focused Writing Practice and Develop a Shared Journal
Create an evolving body of work, Obsidian Reflections, to explore healing through artistic expression. A growing branch of Obsidian Reflections is the creation of a guided journal: hot chocolate. Through stories and prompts, hot chocolate offers support to survivors of sexual violence as they navigate post-traumatic grief, growth, and radical transformation.- Develop a structure that blends storytelling with guided reflections
